How the proof is scored.

The test is agreed before the work starts.

What counts as a pass is written down first: which file, which checks, and the tolerances. Nothing about the bar is decided after the result is known.

Your reviewer marks the file independently.

One of your people reads the same file by hand and lists the open items, without seeing what the check found. That list is the answer key, and it is yours.

Two numbers, and what sits behind them.

Recall is how much of your reviewer's list the check caught. Precision is how much of what the check flagged your reviewer confirms. Matching is by check, not by wording, so a finding counts when the same check fired, whatever words each of you used for it. Anything the check missed and anything extra it flagged is listed by name, not summarized.

The record.

The result is a one-page record carrying both numbers, the missed and extra items, and the tolerances from the signed test.

The guarantee.

Clearance Check runs as a one-week proof on one anonymized file of yours, against an acceptance test agreed in writing before the work starts — refunded in full if the proof cannot pass that test after one cure window of up to five business days.

Run it on one file and see exactly what disagrees. Book a 15-minute call, or email us.
